The Cure Announce Hyde Park Show

The Cure are celebrating their 40th anniversary of the band with a huge show at Hyde Park.
The Cure will be headling British Summertime Festival on Saturday the 7th July. The show has been billed as their only European show of the year and are promising a 2-hour long set.
Though The Cure have had several line up changes, their gothic frontman and songwriter Robert Smith has remained a constant member. Smith will be joined by bassist Simon Gallup, keyboardist Rodger O’Donnell, guitarist Reeves Gabrels and drummer Jason Cooper. The band rose to fame with debut punk anthem ‘Killing An Arab‘ in 1978.
Supporting The Cure will be Interpol, Goldfrapp, Slowdive, Ride, the Twilight Sad and Editors.
Tickets will go on sale at the end of the week via the official website.
