Pink Floyd Announce Two New Reissues
Pink Floyd are reissuing two of their albums on vinyl for the first time in more than two decades.
Delicate Sound Of Thunder and A Collection Of Great Dance Songs are following a number of remastered collections from the ’70s band. Both of these records were released in the ’80s. A Collection Of Great Dance Songs was birthed in ’81 and included some classic tracks like ‘Money’, ‘Comfortably Numb’ and more. The live New York recording Delicate Sound Of Thunder was released in ’88. It became the first album that was played in space when Soviet astronaunts took a copy aboard the Soyuz TM-7 mission.
The Pink Floyd reissues will be available on 17th November. David Gilmour is currently promoting a live DVD of his performance in Pompeii.
