Diamond Head Premier New Video ‘Diamonds’

May 10, 2017

Diamond Head premier their new video ‘Diamonds’ and continue to promote their 2016 self-titled album.

The video is exclusively hosted on Guitar World and features vintage and modern footage spanning the band’s career. The cut and paste video was created by Emmy Award nominee Roman at Snakejam Studios. This all comes in time for their upcoming tour with several dates across the UK and Europe where they’ll be playing tracks from the new album alongside the classics.

“‘Diamonds’ is a song that pays homage to the legacy of the band,” says vocalist Rasmus Andersen. “It features vintage and modern performance footage from Diamond Head’s career.  It reflects on the band’s 40 years and gives lyrical nods that point to some of Diamond Head’s best songs.”

The latest album Diamond Head was released last June and is the first to feature Andersen on vocals. The album gathered rave reviews and praise for the band who have been producing music since 1976. Guitarist Brian Tatler’s treasured techniques was met with praise and proves that this is a band that isn’t going anywhere any time soon.
