Cheap Trick Announce Rock n Roll Christmas Album
September 23, 2017
Just when you thought it was September, the middle of the year, someone decided to bring out a Christmas album.
The ’70s rock band Cheap Trick are proving that Americans care a lot about Christmas by releasing their first holiday season album. Christmas Christmas will be packed with festive rock n roll classics from Slade’s ‘I Wish It Could Be Christmas Every Day’ to The Ramones’ ‘Merry Christmas (I Don’t Want To Fight Tonight)’. A few Cheap Trick originals have been thrown in for good measure.
Cheap Trick formed in 1972 and have been inducted into the Rock n Roll Hall of Fame. They’re most known for their hits like ‘Want You To Want Me’ and ‘Surrender’.
Cheap Trick are launching the album through PledgeMusic with Big Machine Records, ready to be released on the 20th October. See full tracklisting below.
