Gene Simmons and Ace Frehley To Reunite On Stage

September 12, 2017

Kiss stars Gene Simmons and Ace Frehley reunite for a one off show this month.

The old band mates will perform together for The Children Matter Benefit Concert which is organised for the victims of Hurricane Harvey. The show will commence on September 20th at CHS Field Stadium in St Paul, Minnesota. This will be the first time the pair have shared the stage together since 2001. Simmons will also be joined by Don Felder and Cheap Trick.

It’s all for a good cause. All the proceeds will go to the hurricane relief efforts of the charity MATTER. The charity is a non-profit that focuses on providing health to those who don’t have access to the right resources.

Earlier this year, Frehley confirmed that Simmons had co-written two new tracks for his next solo album. Gene has also just announced that he will be releasing three long lost Kiss tracks featuring Eddie and Alex Van Halen as part of his solo box set The Vault.

Tickets for the benefit concert are available here.
