Another one bites the dust as Purple Turtle Camden is given it’s marching orders. The council has given the famed rock venue till the end of June to pack up its shit and leave.

Purple Turtle will be hosting their UNHOLY CLUB LONDON night which is £3 entry all night, and playing the best Rock, Metal and alternative.  The headliners have been announced as Sumer, Mercy House and more. As well as night to raise awareness, they are urging people to join a Facebook support group – SAVE THE CAMDEN PURPLE TURTLE.

The loved Camden venue will be hosting its official closing down party on the 27th with music from The Graveltones. After 3 years of being hosted at the venue, the last Uprawr will be on the Thursday 25th. What memories do you have of Purple Turtle?
