New Eric Clapton Documentary: Life in 12 Bars

January 5, 2018

The life of Eric Clapton will be immortalised in a new moving documentary Eric Clapton: Life in 12 Bars.

For one day only on the 10th January 2018, Clapton fans will be able to watch a live Q&A with the man himself Eric Clapton. The interview will be broadcast in real-time to cinemas across the country, which will be followed by the film itself (trailer above).

The documentary is said to be “an unflinching and deeply personal journey into the life of one of the greatest guitarists ever”. Clapton is known for his solo music career along with his time in 60s bands The Yardbirds and Cream. Life in 12 Bars will be officially released on the 12th January.

If you would like to see the live Q&A along with the documentary ahead of its release, the film’s official website lists local screening times for the 10th January.

Eric Clapton is also returning to Hyde Park this year for a headline slot for British Summertime Festival.
